Privacy policy
How our games handle your information. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Who we are
BuilderDraft makes mobile games in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers our games on Google Play and the App Store, including Pearl Coast and Dune Rush, and this website.
Questions about your data go to games@builderdraft.com.
What our games collect
You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
Game progress
Your levels, items and settings are saved on your phone.
Purchases
Google Play or the App Store takes your payment. We never see your card details. We receive a record that a purchase was made, linked to a random ID created by the game, so the items you bought reach you and can be restored on a new phone. We use RevenueCat to handle these records.
Ads
Some games show ads, including optional ads you can watch for a reward. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID, IP address and basic device details to show ads and count how they perform. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. On iPhone, the game asks your permission before any tracking.
Reminders
If you allow notifications, the game sets reminders on your phone, for example when a reward is ready. These are created on your phone and no data is sent to us.
How we use it
We use this information only to run the game: to deliver and restore your purchases, to show ads, to fix problems and to understand which parts of the game players enjoy.
We do not sell your information.
Your choices
- Turn off personalised ads in your phone's settings. On Android, open Settings, then Google, then Ads. On iPhone, open Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking.
- Turn off reminders in your phone's notification settings at any time.
- Uninstalling a game removes the progress saved on your phone.
Access and deletion
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email games@builderdraft.com. Tell us which game it is about. We reply within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as you might need to restore your items, and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ad data is kept by Google under its own rules.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date below. Last updated 17 October 2026.
